Director Member Business Lending
The Director Member Business Lending is responsible for the evaluation and production of commercial loans and
commercial real estate loan applications and makes loan decisions based on relevant state and federal laws, rules
and regulations, Blackhawk Community Credit Union Bylaws, policies and procedures, while safeguarding the assets
of the Credit Union.
Essential functions include but are not limited to:
* Originates, underwrites processes, approves, and closes loans for commercial and fixed rate mortgages in
accordance with all Blackhawk Community Credit Union loan policies and procedures, and relevant laws, rules, and
regulations while maintaining the safety and security of the Credit Union’s assets.
* Solicits new commercial business and maintains existing relationships.
* Maintains and updates commercial loan files
* Responsible for the control of delinquency of commercial loan account
* Maintains relationships with realtors and keeps them advised of Blackhawk Community Credit Union’s rates and products.
* Stays abreast of changes in the industry including introducing new commercial loan products so that Blackhawk
Community Credit Union remains on the leading edge of new product roll outs that benefit both the member and the company.
Qualified candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree and at least five years experience in commercial lending.
Candidates must have proficiencies in all areas of lending, excellent people skills, knowledge of lending laws and
procedures, excellent communication skills both verbal and written, computer skills, and the ability to work under pressure.

Branch Manager
Blackhawk Community Credit Union, a large financial institution in Janesville, WI, is seeking a Branch Manager
for our Edgerton Branch. The Branch Manager is responsible for the coaching and development of staff to provide
excellent member service, and structuring the daily operations to foster member relationship building and efficiency.
The Branch Manager is responsible for all aspects of branch operations, community/ business development and branch
growth. The Branch Manager interacts with members and all employees in the organization.
Qualified applicants must have at least two years of post high school education, as well as at least five years
of experience working in a financial institution, including a minimum of three years in a management or supervisory
role, and one year consumer lending experience. Must have excellent communication skills, be proficient with
computers, and be organized and able to multi-task. Excellent interpersonal skills are a must. If you want to be
