Keep tabs on what matters
We know you're busy with work, school, life, etc. That's why we have made account alerts available to you, so you can keep up with what matters most without having to monitor everything yourself.
We offer three different types of alerts: account alerts, share alerts, and loan alerts. Explore the tabs to find out what alerts would be helpful to you in managing your finances. It will be like you have your own personal assistant!
Account Alerts
These alerts will trigger anytime changes are made to your BHCCU account.
- Name/Address Change- generated when the account's primary name or address changes
- All share and loan balances- a summary that includes current and available balances of all share and loan accounts
Visit the "Enable Alerts" tab on this page to enable these alerts for your account.
Share Alerts
Get notified when changes occur on specific shares within your BHCCU account.
- Share Balance- a scheduled alert that includes the current and available balance for the selected share.
- Deposit transaction- notifies you when a deposit has been posted.
- ACH Deposit Pending- notifies you when an electronic deposit, from ACH, is pending.
- Withdrawal transaction- notifies you when a withdrawal transaction has posted to your account.
- Overdraft Privilege and Non-Sufficient Funds (NSF)- notifies you when a fee is posted
- Certificate Maturity- notifies you when a certificate will mature in 10 days

Loan Alerts
Get notified when changes occur on specific loans within your BHCCU account.
- Loan Balance- includes the current balance for loans and lines of credit and available balance for lines of credit
- Loan Past Due- notifies you when a loan payment is past due
- Loan Payment Reminder- notifies you 5 days before a loan payment is due

Now that you know which alerts are available to you, are you ready to enable them?
1. Log in to Online Banking.
2. In the left menu, select the Member Alerts Tab:
3. On the Manage Member Alerts page, use the drop-down menus on the left to select the accounts you'd like to work with. Once you've selected the account, share, or loan, you can choose from a variety of options for receiving alerts.
4. Once you've completed your alert selections, remember to Save them using the green button in the corner of the window before moving on.
