BHCCU has been advised that the paper industry is experiencing inventory shortages and as a result, you may receive correspondence from us in a brown or yellow envelope rather than the standard white envelope. While we hope this change is brief, the industry reports that it will continue to experience supply-chain challenges on paper products into 2023.
